Cacao, known to the Ancient Mayan culture as the "Food of the Gods”, is a sacred plant medicine of the heart. Cacao has been used for thousands of years in ceremony and ritual to connect us with our Essence, our true nature and Spirit. She is soft, yet powerful, providing clarity and greater perspective on life and its challenges. She helps us to open, soften and receive, and to call in more joy, celebration and love into our lives.

Ceremonies combine elements of Shamanism, including the invocation of the Native American Medicine Wheel, with Cacao and sound healing for a deep, powerful and transformative experience.
