REIKI ENERGY
Reiki is a form of energy healing connecting with the universal life force energy present within all of us. It uses a combination of palm and hands-on healing as a basis, covering the 7 main Chakras, and incorporating other elements such as crystals, sound, and aroma. It focuses on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of a person for a holistic healing experience. Sessions promote deep relaxation, healing and re-balancing of the body-mind-spirit and can deepen our awareness and connection to our self, our passion and our purpose.
