Not only did I feel physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually sick.

I was deeply disconnected from myself and my Essence.

When you awaken your Essence and when you are deeply connected to her, life - and all her magic, possibilities and mystery - becomes available to you. And from that deeply anchored and aligned place, you begin to trust your path and transform your life.

I will take you on a journey to remember and awaken your Essence. I will help you cultivate trust and confidence in following your Essence and honouring her in every moment. And I will give you the tools so you can reconnect with your Essence whenever you need her guidance, wisdom and love.

2. Unlock Alchemical Healing

You are a deeply intuitive being, walking a sacred path with unique gifts to share. And yet you have struggled to trust yourself, your path and gifts because of fear, doubt and uncertainty that have been programmed and passed down through generations - you are not alone - as this has been my journey and why I have created this mentorship.

I will guide you through a process I call Inner Alchemy - a process of self-reflection, introspection and healing. I will help you to reprogram and re-write beliefs that are not your own and that no longer serve you. I will support you in clearing stagnant, negative and heavy energy that are holding you back. I will provide you the tools to acknowledge, integrate and celebrate your shadows - as well as your light and dark aspects, bringing you back into wholeness.

3. Trust and gain confidence in yourself, your path & unique gifts

From this place of deep inner knowing and healing, you can begin to cultivate trust and confidence in yourself, your path and unique gifts. I will hold space for you in this process of self-discovery and unhiding. I will give you the tools you need to gain clarity on what it is that you came here to do and to offer to the world. I will support you in re-imagining and redesigning your life based on your dreams, longings and desires. And from there, I will support you as you start to make the changes and choices that will transform your life.

Sessions will combine more traditional forms of coaching with, amongst other modalities: guided meditation, visualisations, journal prompts, movement exercises, and crystal, sound and energy healing to bring a holistic and tailored approach.
