What is Inner Alchemy

We are at a pivotal moment in our human, planetary and cosmic evolution. Most of us are fundamentally living out of balance with ourselves, each other and the planet. The unjust and unsustainable systems within and around us are producing fear, stress and anxiety on an individual level and social inequity, environmental destruction & spiritual bankruptcy at the macro level.

But consciousness is shifting and these systems are slowly starting to crumble. More and more people are waking up, doing the inner work and reconnecting with a deep intuitive knowing that there is more to them and more to life than what we are living. This is what I call Inner Alchemy.

For me, Inner Alchemy is the very deep & personal process of: introspection, awareness, transmutation, healing, and transformation of our Trauma / trauma, patterns, conditioning & limiting beliefs, in order to awaken our Essence, to be & show up wholly & unapologetically as the radiant, magical and unique conscious beings that we are and fundamentally transform our lives.

My passion and mission is to support YOU in your personal journey of Inner Alchemy.

About Me

My name is Natalie, I’m 37, a proud new mama of an amazing baby girl, the sexy co-pilot to my Beloved, a fire dancer, yogini, earth witch, creatrix, shamanic reiki energy healing practitioner, sound healing practitioner and social, ecological and spiritual justice warrior.

I am here to share my energy, enthusiasm and passion for life and awakening consciousness on this incredible, awesome and divinely intelligent planet.

I have spent the last decade going through my own personal process of Inner Alchemy and of embodying my Essence. I have navigated the highs and lows that are part of this exquisite journey. And I have made radical changes to my career, relationships and life that have brought me immense abundance, joy and freedom. My offerings are born out of a deep love and reverence for this work and for supporting people to awaken their essence and transform their lives.

My offerings span Shamanic Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Medicine Ceremonies, 1:1 Mentorships, Retreats, and more and bring in different modalities including: Reiki Energy, Sound, yoga, dance, Buddhism, Tai Chi & Chi Qong, Shamanism, witchy magic and my own, personal, lived experience.

Mentors, Teachers & Inspiration

I feel so fortunate and grateful to study with some seriously awesome and kick-ass women! Dancing since the age of 4 and practicing yoga asanas for the past +15 years, I decided to deepen my journey and practice when I went to Bali in November 2018 to complete my 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Meghan Currie. There I also studied Vedanta, the knowledge of the limitless being, with Sharada. It was during that same trip that I crossed paths with my Reiki Master, Joanna Lewins, who started me on my path of energy healing, teaching and attuning me for Reiki Level I (December 2018), Level II (May 2019) and Level III Reiki Master (Jan 2022).

I am currently studying with the Sound Healing Academy for my Level 2: Practitioner Diploma in Integral Sound Healing after having completed my Level 1: Foundation Certificate in January 2020. I am completing my Shamanic Cacao Ceremonialist Apprenticeship with Jemmita of Anchoring the Light, a very powerful and transformative apprenticeship rooted in the Shamanic path and traditions of the Andes. Since 2020 I have been mentored by Nicole Costerus, mid-wife of the soul, first in her 1:1 mentorship offering and currently in her group container: You Are a Soul Leader, along with 11 other beautiful and powerful women following their paths and sharing their gifts and light with the world.

I draw inspiration and wisdom from the teachings and embodiment of Sia Hu Heka, ceremonialist and temple goddess, Winter Jade Icely, teacher of mystical arts, sexuality and dark embodiment and Amir Jaan whose words, wisdom and practices are pure alchemical magic.
