A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, meditative and healing experience through sound and vibration. It uses a variety of instruments - chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and shakers - as well as voice and silence, which produce sound waves that bring us into more restful and relaxed states of consciousness. This New Moon Sound Bath is intended to help you to ground your body, mind, and spirit; release what no longer serves you and to support you in setting clear intentions on what you wish to manifest in the lunar cycle ahead.
